Small Steps Create Big Shifts

Transformation rarely announces itself. It doesn’t usually arrive with fireworks or a dramatic turning point you can point to on a calendar. More often, it sneaks in quietly, through a single honest conversation, a morning you chose stillness over scrolling, a moment you let someone help you.
We often wait for the big breakthrough before we believe change is real. But the truth is, the big shifts are almost always built on small, faithful steps taken in the dark, before the outcome was visible, before anyone was watching, before you felt ready.
A seed doesn’t become a tree overnight. It spends a long time underground, doing invisible work. And yet that hidden season is not wasted it is essential. The same is true for you.
Whatever you’re working through right now whether it’s healing from trauma, rebuilding after loss, or simply trying to find your footing again your small steps matter. The phone call you made. The boundary you held. The night you chose sleep over worry. These are not small things. They are the foundation.
Growth is not linear, and no step taken in faith is ever wasted.
